By downloading, installing, or using the Sushi Hana mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our service allows you to:

• Browse our menu and restaurant information
• Place orders for pickup or delivery
• Make reservations
• Create and manage your account
• Receive promotional offers and updates
• Provide feedback and reviews

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Keep your account information up to date

• By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive automated SMS messages containing one-time verification codes for account authentication.
• Message frequency varies based on login activity. Message and data rates may apply.
• SMS verification is required to use the App.
• We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

When placing an order:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required at the time of order
• We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
• You agree to pay all charges incurred
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Orders may be cancelled:

• Within 5 minutes of placing the order for full refund
• After 5 minutes, cancellation may result in charges
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to availability
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sushi Hana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sushi Hana, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
