Bring us the hard problem.

Mirastart is a Charlotte marketing and technology agency, and this page is the direct line to it: Perry Lam, the founder, answers every inquiry himself within one business hour, 8am to 6pm ET. Send the problem, the deadline and what you have already tried, or book the free 60-minute call. Retainers start at $3,000 a month.

Project inquiry

Tell us what you’re working through.

Four things make a first reply useful: what the business does, what is stuck right now, when it has to be fixed, and what you have already tried. Budget and phone are optional. A two-line message is fine, and it still gets a real answer from Perry, not a template.

You'll hear back from Perry within one business hour, 8am-6pm ET. Not an autoresponder.

  1. 1You get a confirmation immediately, and a real reply from Perry within one business hour (8am-6pm ET).
  2. 2We talk about your situation - what's actually in the way, not a pitch deck.
  3. 3You get an honest read on whether we're the right fit, and a scope and a number if we are.

Which way should you reach out?

Three routes reach the same person, and the right one depends on how finished your thinking is. The form suits a described problem, email suits a quick question or an attachment, and the booking page suits anyone who would rather talk it through than type it out. All three reach Perry directly.

What does working with Mirastart cost?

Ongoing engagements start at $3,000 a month, and that floor does not move. The setup fee is $2,500. Below the floor the work cannot be done properly, so we say so rather than sell a thinner version of it. Defined projects are quoted on their own, because a one-off build is not a retainer.

Who is this work a good fit for?

Fit is decided on the first call, and saying no early is part of the service. Mirastart works best with an owner who has a real bottleneck, a budget that clears the $3,000 monthly floor, and a preference for fixing the system behind the problem rather than renting attention for another year.

A good fit

  • You have a real business with a real bottleneck, and you would rather fix the system than rent attention for another year.

Probably wrong for you if

  • You want the cheapest option available.
  • You want a guarantee of rankings or a specific number of leads. Nobody can honestly promise either.
  • You want someone to post to social media and call it marketing.
  • You need results by next week.

Who answers a message sent here?

Perry Lam answers it, and he is the founder rather than an account manager. He holds a Master of Science in Data Science and Business Analytics from UNC Charlotte and builds both halves of the work: the marketing that brings customers in, and the software, apps and automation those customers land on.

Perry Lam, founder of Mirastart, says: “Most agencies rent you a marketing person. I build you the machine that makes the work, and I put a screen on it so you can see what it earns.”

What can you check before you write?

Mirastart publishes what it measures. According to its own September 2026 study of 20 Charlotte marketing agency homepages, 15% returned an error to OAI-SearchBot, the crawler that decides whether a site appears in ChatGPT search. That report, its method and its raw data sit on the blog.
