Perry founded Mirastart in Charlotte and still works the way the company started: directly. The audits, the emails, and the software come from one person.
The unusual part of the practice is its range. Perry builds on both sides of the line most agencies draw - the marketing that brings customers in, and the software, apps, and AI automation those customers land on - which is why Mirastart engagements do not stop where a media budget does. There is no account layer between the client and the person doing the work, because there is no account layer at all.
The portfolio is specific about it. The Sushi Hana Club app on the App Store - QR table sessions, ordering, rewards - is his build, from product strategy through launch. So is the operations platform Mirastart runs its own invoicing, payments, and client portal on, and the booking system behind this site's discovery-call page. The tools this site describes are the tools it runs on.
Engagements run the same way. A conversation first, then a written read on where the leverage actually is, then the work - marketing, a build, or both - with the person doing it in the room. The industry practices in med spa, HVAC, and auto repair marketing grew out of the same pattern: businesses whose problem was never just ads, but the phone, the booking, and the follow-up behind them.
Perry holds a Master of Science in Data Science and Business Analytics from UNC Charlotte, earned while working full-time as a data scientist building AI and machine-learning systems in production - the background behind the AI automation practice.
Based in Charlotte, working with local businesses in person and clients elsewhere remotely.
