Sushi Hana Club is a customer mobile app Mirastart built for Sushi Hana, a restaurant: QR table sessions, ordering, rewards, account access, and live order updates, shipped to the App Store in 2026. Built from product strategy through launch, and every capability on this page ships in the version guests download today.

The challenge

The experience needed to support the realities of a working restaurant: secure account access, table-aware ordering, live status updates, and clear privacy controls, without making the guest journey feel technical. A restaurant floor is a hostile environment for software - sessions start by scanning a code at a table, guests expect the menu before the server returns, and account privacy rules still apply. The app had to absorb that complexity without showing it.

The solution

The product brings account management, QR-based table sessions, ordering, loyalty history, notifications, and support into one focused mobile experience. Location verification and table codes help route sessions correctly, while Supabase and Firebase support authentication, live data, and messaging. Loyalty history and rewards live beside ordering instead of in a separate punch-card app, and push notifications carry live order status.

What we built

QR table sessions

A scan at the table starts a table-aware session, so the menu is open before the server returns and orders route to the right table. Location verification and table codes do the routing.

Ordering with live status

Orders go in from the phone, and push notifications carry live order status back without the guest asking.

Rewards beside ordering

Loyalty history and rewards live next to ordering instead of in a separate punch-card app, so the reward is visible at the moment of the next order.

Accounts and privacy

Secure account access with clear privacy controls - the restaurant floor is a hostile environment for software, and the app absorbs that complexity without showing it.

The stack

Supabase and Firebase behind authentication, live data, and messaging; one codebase for iOS and Android.

Where it landed

Sushi Hana Club shipped to the App Store in 2026 under the restaurant's own name - searchable there today. That public listing is the portfolio claim on this page: a shipped, working product, not a mockup.
